About this event

Discover. Connect. Empower.

Join us for this free, interactive community event during Family Violence Prevention Month as we shine a light on family violence and the many programs, services, and supports available throughout the Tri-Region.

Whether you've been personally affected by family violence, are supporting a friend, family member, colleague, or employee, or simply want to better understand the resources available in our community, this experience offers valuable information, practical tools, and meaningful connections from recognizing the warning signs to accessing emergency services, community supports, counselling, legal resources, healing programs, and beyond. Together, we can increase awareness and help ensure no one has to navigate family violence alone.

You may never need these resources yourself - but knowing where to turn could help change someone else's life. Because empowerment creates change.

Attendees are encouraged to pre-register, but drop-ins are welcome.
